Wow awesome stuff! Getting serious Chicken Run vibes from this, the 3d visuals and snappy animation really reminds me of the hit early 2000s classic. The motivations of the protagonist are also extremely similar, he simply wants to survive, going up against immeasurable odds so he can accomplish his goal.

My main criticism of this cartoon however is the fact that the main character isn't a chicken. Unlike in Chicken Run where the main character (Chicken Pete and possible Chicken Bill if you really want to get into semantics) are both chickens. This may seem like a small detail but the character being a chicken actually has multiple different hidden meanings that an average viewer likely won't realize.

For one chickens are naturally seen as pretty non threatening animals, they're small stature and lack of any significant offensive capabilities make them a prime target for many other animals and even humans. This makes the chicken's eventual success against the farmer that much more impactful. It's a classic story about a group who's been put down by the system and led to believe they are inherently lesser than others banding together to finally free themselves from the oppression they've faced for countless years.

Dogs however are not like this, sure they may be seen as lesser than humans but they aren't exactly a weak or defenseless animal. In fact the wolves they evolved from were actually seen as quite formidable, everyone would be scared of seeing a wolf in the woods but not a chicken. This makes the character's eventual victory have a lot less meaning. Sure he's still not evenly matched against the much larger and stronger cat, but he's not exactly at the bottom of the food chain either.

I'm not saying the character has to be a chicken, just an animal who's generally been looked down upon and disrespected similarly to how the common chicken has.

Awesome animation, I really liked the kiss at the end, feel like you could have had it on screen for a bit longer though. Also I feel like the first 44 second were kind of unnecessary and could've been cut out. Overall great video though!
